POLICY Thank you for booking your appointment with me! Just a quick reminder: I currently accept the remaining balance in either cash, Zelle, TAP, Online Gloss Genius Payment or Apple Pay. Please note that fees may apply for Apple Pay transactions. Deposits Are Non-Refundable Please note that there is a 20-min grace period for your appointment. After 20 mins, a $10 late fee will be added to your appointment. After 30 mins, your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled without a returned deposit. This grace period applies to ME as well. If I am more than 20 mins late to your appointment, $10 will be deducted from your remaining balance. If I am more than 30 mins late, you’re entitled to a refund for your deposit. There is a same day rescheduling fee of $25. After one rescheduled appointment you must book a new appointment and pay a new deposit. If you book within the same day of your appointment a $50 ‘Same Day’ fee is applied to your appointment. Hair is NOT included unless otherwise stated. Cancellation Policy
